Notarization at signing
The document version is hashed at signing time. The hash + a Dilithium post-quantum signature go on-chain (Solana), producing a third-party time proof any block explorer can verify without an H33 account.
Field-level sharing (distribution matrix)
You define who sees which fields. Not 'here is the contract' — 'here is the covenant not to compete' (to opposing counsel), 'here is the compensation schedule' (to the compensation committee only), 'here is the full document' (to your own counsel). Each recipient sees only their scope.
Audit trail is exportable court evidence
Every access emits a signed receipt with authority, policy, evidence, preconditions. The whole audit trail exports as a signed evidence packet defensible against spoliation claims.
Revocation matters at case end
After settlement, opposing counsel's access closes cryptographically. They cannot re-decrypt cached copies. This is different from typical DMS behavior where 'access revoked' is a database flag that a determined adversary can circumvent.
International litigation
Cryptographic signatures work uniformly across jurisdictions. No local-signature-law fragmentation. The Solana anchor is verifiable in any court by the same method.
