Service description
H33 Custody provides custody infrastructure for digital identities, assets, documents, communications, payments, networks, and authority. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or licensed fiduciary services unless explicitly engaged to do so.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use H33 Custody services. Institutional engagements require an authorized representative.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate enrollment information, for maintaining the security of your access credentials, and for the accuracy of beneficiary designations you make.
Prohibited use
You may not use H33 Custody for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
