Trust & Verification

How we earn — and verify — your trust.

Custody requires more than a promise. Here's what we do to earn the trust you'd place in any institutional custodian, and what you can verify independently.

Independent verification

Every custody event in H33 produces a verifiable record. You, your beneficiaries, your trustees, your auditors, and any successor party can verify those records independently — without having to take our word for it. This is the load-bearing difference between custody and storage.

Cryptographic foundation

H33 Custody is built on post-quantum cryptographic primitives chosen for multi-decade durability. Identity verification, custody records, beneficiary designation, and authority chains all use schemes selected to remain verifiable across cryptographic-landscape changes that are coming.

Operational controls

We operate H33 Custody under multi-signer governance for internal operations, with separation of duties between key management, custody operations, and customer service. Every internal action that touches a custody record produces its own verifiable record.

Compliance posture

H33 Custody operates within applicable regulatory frameworks for the jurisdictions we serve. We do not offer banking, brokerage, or investment-advisory services, and H33 Custody itself is not a substitute for legal counsel, financial advice, or licensed fiduciary services. What we don't do

  • We do not custody assets we are not contractually engaged to custody.
  • We do not share custody records with third parties without verifiable customer consent.
  • We do not act as a fiduciary unless explicitly engaged to do so.
  • We do not bypass legal process for custody records — and we tell customers when we receive it, where permitted.
