H33 Custody is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, money transmitter, or trust company. We do not hold customer funds in fiduciary or trust capacity unless explicitly engaged under separate written agreement.

Cryptographic guarantees
Cryptographic guarantees offered by H33 Custody depend on the assumed hardness of the underlying mathematical problems. We choose primitives consistent with current best practice for multi-decade durability, but no cryptographic scheme is permanent. We commit to transparent migration paths if and when the underlying primitives are deprecated.
Jurisdictional limitations
H33 Custody services may not be available in all jurisdictions. We disclose jurisdictional limitations to prospective customers during the engagement process.
